Tina’s mission in life is to inspire, to make meaningful impact through relationships, and to create connection and community between like-minded people. Tina's career has progressed over 15 years in the real estate industry from working as a highly productive solo sales agent, to building one of the most successful real estate teams in Maryland, to building the number one selling real estate office in Maryland, to growing that company from one franchise location with 300 agents to three franchise locations with over 500 agents. Tina is an extremely gifted leader, salesperson, and marketer. In 2013, she began building The Beliveau Group, which grew from $15 million in annual sales volume to $48 million in annual sales volume in 2 short years. The Beliveau Group just celebrated its sixth consecutive year of selling over 100 homes annually and has become a renowned brand that is recognized for integrity, innovative marketing, and high-level fiduciary client representation.
In 2016, Tina took on a leadership role at a local real estate franchise (Keller Williams Legacy). During her 3 year tenure as office manager of the flagship KW Legacy franchise, then General Manager of 3 KW franchises, Tina and her leadership team achieved many incredible accomplishments, including attaining number one market share for the flagship office in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and eventually the state of Maryland; ranking on the REAL Trends Top 500 Brokerage list for multiple consecutive years; and repeatedly ranked as the #1 office in the KW system of 800+ franchises.
Tina has been a sought-after panelist, facilitator and speaker at a variety of national conferences and events in the industry. She has been honored with many awards including The Daily Record’s Most Admired CEOs, Baltimore Real Producers Leadership Impact Award, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors’ Community Service Award, Smart CEO’s Emerging Leaders Award, and The Daily Record’s 20 in their 20’s Award.
Tina lives in the Baltimore suburbs with her husband, Andrew, and their three dogs. Passionate about charity, developing leaders, and giving back to her community, Tina is extremely involved in the Maryland SPCA as a board member. When she isn’t building companies or serving her community, Tina is spending quality time with her loved ones, reading, traveling, mentoring women in business and personal development, and working out on her spin bike!
After Devin joined forces with Keller Williams in 2009, he quickly became one of the top agents in the company and joined Gary Keller's Mastermind in 2011. Gary continues to mentor Devin and the other top agents and encourage them to become coaches to agents outside of their specific teams. Devin joined forces with Seth Campbell, Jeff Payne and Reed Moore in 2012, to form the Five Doors Network. Five doors was developed with a mission statement of “building generational wealth through real estate” and focused on growing real estate teams across the country. The Five Doors network has been one of the top 50 real estate teams in the nation for the past four years running. Devin has been able to take the skills that he has as a real estate professional and multiply that through over a hundred agents Nationwide.
In 2015, Devin became a coach with maps coaching and started coaching the top agents in the country including agents that were in the top 10 of all of the most successful agents in the world. Devin was mentored by some of the top transformational coaches in the world and transmuted his skills into not only being able to support clients with business specific coaching, he morphed his opportunities for coaching into supporting people in all areas of their lives.
In 2017 he became a practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. In 2018 he became a master practitioner of NLP and also became a master practitioner of hypnosis. Devin combines his transformational coaching strategies with his down-to-earth practical aspects of how he shows up and delivers values in living rooms and dens across the United States as a real estate practitioner and as a life coach. Devin's number one life value is to “help people on their journey”.
To deliver even more value, he became part of the Keller Williams University faculty in 2017, which is ranked as the number one training organization in the world by training magazine, to deliver Keller Williams training content to agents Nationwide.
He has spoken on panels and given speeches in recent years in front of crowds of tens of thousands on stages including Mega Camp, Inman, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, on topics including technology, mindset, effective open houses, pricing listings to sell, team dynamics, and the purpose and passion of living life to the fullest. Devin’s life's passions are fulfilled as he brings value to one person, one to one, or in large group settings.
Sean is most recently the CEO and Founder of 14 Moves, one of the top 15 teams in the United States, formerly with Keller Williams.
Sean grew up in real estate, helping to build the family real estate team to top in their market of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota, and eventually the top team in Minnesota and the Midwest.
Sean has been a member of Gary Keller's Private Mastermind Group, a KW MAPS Coach, and a nationally-booked real estate trainer, and expert advisor and real estate tech. and strategy. Sean has been personally studied under some of the most notable coaches in the industry, including Tony DiCello, Abe Shreve, and Dianna Kokoczka.

Jim is passionate about helping real estate agents profitably grow and scale their businesses by becoming charismatic leaders in their organizations.
Jim’s career in strategic marketing and business growth began 20 years ago in Los Angeles, California in the direct response television industry working for the man that engineered the infomercial blockbuster success, Thighmaster. While in Los Angeles,Jim managed hundreds of television, radio, internet and telemarketing campaigns with annual advertising budgets that ranged to $20 million dollars annually.
From 2003 to 2009, Jim’s company, Avandant, created, deployed and managed direct mail and telemarketing strategies adopted by over 180 dental offices in 20 of the continental United States and Canada. Jim also oversaw the day to day operations of Storage Marketing Solutions, a full service marketing agency supplying marketing services to over 400 Self Storage facility owner-operators in 30 American markets and in 3 countries. On any given day, Jim’s client care group managed more than 560 marketing campaigns running simultaneously. During that time, Jim was a highly sought after speaker, speaking at national trade events on the subject of marketing and advertising.
In late 2012, Jim set his sights on applying his marketing, sales and business building skill set to real estate. In just 6 years, Jim and his team sold over 450 homes putting him in the top 1.5% of all agents in his market in the top 5% of all Keller Williams Agents nationwide . During that time Jim became a MAPS Coach, specializing in coaching emerging teams, and the Director of Lead Generation for 14 Moves International, ranked by Real Trends magazine as the 31st largest team in the world in 2018. By focusing on implementing innovative lead pipeline management and conversion strategies, Jim was able to help lead 14 Moves International’s 6 location real estate team network to close over 600 sides in 2019.
Mark has had a long passion for Real Estate. He started out buying his first home with his wife Steffanie in 1986 and by the early 90’s they owned a few rental properties. Then in 1998, he decided to go full-time into real estate. After receiving his license, he started to purchase homes, remodel them, and put them back up for sale. During that time he was also increasing his rental portfolio. Mark has flipped over 100 homes from 1998-2007. In 2007, the market had crashed and Mark decided to get out of real estate.
Mark and his wife decided to move from Vancouver, WA to Spokane, WA in 2008 and they started bookkeeping and QuickBooks consulting company with Steffanie doing all of the work for clients and Mark doing all of the marketing and sales. That business has grown over the years, but Mark's passion has always been in Real Estate. So in June of 2013 Mark decided to get back into Real Estate to use his knowledge to help his clients.
Mark learned many valuable lessons in buying and selling homes for friends, family, and himself. He learned valuable marketing techniques as well as what it takes in order to get a home sold quickly- what is worth doing and what is not worth doing. Over the years he also picked up top-notch negotiating skills in order to make sure homes are purchased at the best possible price.
After Mark learned how to serve his clients well, he decided to teach others. So in 2015, he saw there was a need to help Real Estate Agents learn to find clients and to serve them well. So he put together the systems and models he was using and started interviewing people to be on his team. He started with 2 agents and 1 assistant in 2015 and it worked. Those agents became successful quickly under Mark's guidance. He has continued to recruit top talent and people have continued to join his team. We now have some great leaders and have even better systems to teach agents how to be successful in real estate with an eye on serving our clients. We now have 6 people on our support team and 25+ agents to serve our clients.
